I guess it would depend on whether you like open world action RPGs or turn based RPGs more. Genshin has open world exploration, while Star Rail is more closed off, i.e. corridor maps basically. However, due to having autoplay it doesn't take a lot of time/energy to use up the in-game energy. Ultimately it's up to you.
